Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Because our coffee is roasted and our tea is packed fresh to order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. This ensures you get the freshest product possible, not something that's been sitting in a warehouse.

Shipping time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs: We currently offer free shipping to the US.

Delays: Occasionally, high order volume or weather may delay processing or delivery by a few extra days. We'll always do our best to keep you updated.

Lost or missing packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll help track it down.
