Cancellation window You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't yet entered processing. After this window, your order enters our roast-to-order production queue and can no longer be canceled.
Why the window is short Because your coffee is roasted and your tea is packed fresh for your specific order, we begin processing quickly to get your order to you as fast as possible — which means we can't hold or reverse orders once production starts.
How to cancel To cancel within the window, email us at [brightandearly@righteoussupplication.com] with your order number as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it before processing begins but cannot guarantee cancellation once submitted.
If it's already shipped If your order has already shipped, it can't be canceled — but you're covered under our Refund Policy if there's an issue with your order upon arrival.
Subscription orders If you're on a subscription, you can cancel or pause future orders any time before your next billing date from your account or by contacting us. Already-processed shipments in the current cycle can't be canceled.
